DENVER (CBS4)- The man who is suspected of supplying former Arapahoe County Sheriff Patrick Sullivan with methamphetamine appeared in court Tuesday morning.
Timothy Faase remains behind bars on $25,000 bond. He appeared before a judge briefly on charges of possession and distribution of meth.
Faase, 49, was arrested Nov. 29, the same night Sullivan was taken into custody. Police believe the meth allegedly found on Sullivan that night came from Faase.
Faase is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 28 for a preliminary hearing when a judge will determine if there is enough evidence to continue with a trial.
