CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4)- The Arapahoe County District Attorney announced formal charges against former Arapahoe County Sheriff Pat Sullivan on Friday.
The charges include distribution of a controlled substance, attempt to influence a public servant, possession of methamphetamine- 2 grams or less- and prostitution- soliciting.
Police arrested Sullivan Tuesday afternoon on a felony drug charge, accusing the 68-year-old former sheriff of attempting to trade methamphetamine for sex with a male acquaintance.
