CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) – Former Arapahoe County Sheriff Pat Sullivan was back in court on Tuesday.
Sullivan was arrested last year and is accused of trading methamphetamine for sex.
A judge appointed the Colorado Attorney General’s office as a special prosecutor after Arapahoe County prosecutors asked to withdraw.
The attorney general asked for 30 days to review the case.
